Location: Wurzen, Germany.

Start your apprenticeship with us at our Wurzen site and become part of an international production company. You’ll learn how business processes work behind the scenes and support different departments like purchasing, sales, and HR.

During your training, you’ll help organize office tasks, communicate with colleagues and partners (also in English), and work with modern software and digital tools. You’ll gain insight into how a global company operates and contributes to delivering high-quality products.

Your tasks during the training

• Organize and support everyday office processes in an international company
• Communicate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers – sometimes in English
• Prepare emails, documents, and presentations
• Help plan meetings, appointments, and business trips
• Support departments like purchasing, sales, and HR with administrative tasks
• Process orders, invoices, and delivery documents
• Maintain data and work with modern office software

What you should bring

• You have (or are about to complete) a Hauptschule or Realschule qualification
• You’re interested in business, organization, and how companies operate
• You enjoy working on a computer and using digital tools
• You are organized, reliable, and pay attention to details
• You like communicating with others and working in a team
• Basic English skills are a plus
• You’re motivated to learn and ready to take on new tasks step by step
