Quality Assurance ensures that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations by implementing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS). Quality Assurance manages various QMS activities to ensure continuous compliance with company procedures and requirements. Quality Assurance supports activities to identify and implement improvements, including working with managers and employees, and coordinates procedures to correct deficiencies.

  • Monitor quality procedures, perform in-process and final inspections.
  • Develop and maintain company inspection reports through the manufacturing process.
  • Inspecting equipment in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Ensuring finished goods and products meet and or exceed company standards as well as customer specifications.
  • Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.
  • Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.
  • Collating test data and drafting quality reports.
  • Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
  • Ensuring production is not hindered by quality testing procedures.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience as an Inspection or quality technician/specialist in pressure vessel and process piping.
  • Working knowledge of welding procedures and welder performance qualifications.
  • Understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.
  • High-level of visual awareness and attention to detail.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience drafting reports and collating data.
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
