The Proposal Engineer III (Senior) will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality technical and commercial proposals in response to client inquiries and tenders. This role requires a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
7+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or similar.
Proven experience as a Proposal Engineer, Estimation Engineer, or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge relevant to the company’s industry.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and proposal/estimation software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet strict deadlines.
Team player with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to articulate issues, build consensus around recommendations, and define next steps
