Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 by managing data analysis, migration, validation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including project managers, functional leads, IT specialists, and external partners—to deliver high-quality data insights and drive informed decision-making throughout the ERP deployment lifecycle.

• Analyze legacy data structures to support accurate mapping and migration into Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.
• Extract, cleanse, transform, and migrate data using tools compatible with Dynamics 365 (e.g., Data Management Framework, Configuration Packages, Power Query).
• Collaborate with business units to define and validate master data (finance, purchasing, operations, customers, vendors, items, chart of accounts, etc.) in alignment with Dynamics 365 standards.
• Develop and maintain data quality reports to ensure integrity, completeness, and consistency across modules.
• Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) by preparing test data and validating results within Dynamics 365 environments.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to monitor migration progress and key implementation KPIs.
• Document data standards and contribute to the development of data governance and master data management processes tailored to Dynamics 365.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies; support continuous improvement of data flows and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and optimize ETL processes and integrations using tools like Power Automate, or others.
• Creating Dashboard's from HRMS system if required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably within project-based environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in data preparation and transformation for ERP implementations.
• Experience in Navision/BC 365 required
• Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication in English and documentation skills.
• German Language added value
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
