Location: Wurzen, Saxony, Germany.
The Warehouse Support team member assists with general warehouse operations. This role supports the day-to-day functions of the warehouse, including material handling, organization, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to workplace safety.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming stock and supplies.
Support the picking, packing, and preparation of orders for shipment.
Restock shelves and organize inventory to maintain an orderly workspace.
Perform basic inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
Help maintain cleanliness and safety in all warehouse areas.
Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
Label and tag products accurately for storage and shipment.
Assist warehouse associates and supervisors with special projects or urgent tasks.
Report damaged or missing inventory to management.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30kg
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic math and organizational abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
