Under general direction, performs a variety of duties to successfully integrate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions on a global scale, works closely with corporate project management team to coordinates ERP project activities resulting in enhanced and optimized business processes, solutions and performance. Performs ERP resolution efforts and assumes lead role in coordinating ERP integration with IT. Works with ERP vendors to ensure the most efficient and effective ERP environment is in place to support business operations.
· Establish ERP requirements through business process reviews (BPR) and company consultation efforts
· Translate business requirements to technical specifications and develop comprehensive technical solutions
· Collaborate with IT to ensure infrastructure suitability and security compliance
· Implement ERP application solutions for enterprise companies on a global scale
· Conducts monthly ERP review meetings to ensure all related matters are being addressed
· Respond to assigned ERP specific IT Tickets in a timely manner
· Provide quality technical support and end-user ERP training as needed
· Perform ERP diagnostic testing prior to all ERP enhancements or upgrades
· Keep abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings
· Participate in corporate ERP planning meetings as required
· Ensure all ERP documentation and training material is kept up to date
· Coordinates ERP enhancements, changes and upgrades with users and IT
· Perform ERP administrator functions to ensure proper application and security controls
· Interfaces with ERP vendors and their technical support staff to deploy and resolve application issues
· Maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work; exercise time-management, documentation, organizational and communications skills
· Organize, prioritize, and coordinate daily workload activities
· Any other duties as assigned by management
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent work experience
· Minimum of 2-3 years of direct ERP implementation and support experience
· In-depth knowledge of ERP business processes (quote to cash)
· Strong verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills, outstanding listening skills
· A mature yet flexible personality suitable for interfacing successfully with all levels of personnel
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
